Bergby & Axmarby Lithium Project

Lithium Projects

Bergby & Axmarby Lithium Project

Overview

A district-scale European lithium position on the Swedish coast — a drill-defined, high-grade core at Bergby (best intercept 47.75 m at 1.34% Li₂O from just 2.25 m, open along strike and at depth) with a large expansion at Axmarby on the same trend. Swedish National Interest designation and only two kilometres from a deep-water port.

Bergby & Axmarby — the combined coastal-lithium position with the drill-defined pegmatites (NordX; base data SGU). Historical / illustrative.

Bergby — the Drill-defined Core

  • Five drill-confirmed spodumene pegmatites with a combined strike length of more than 4 km.
  • High-grade and shallow — over 16,000 m of drilling, best intercept 47.75 m at 1.34% Li₂O from just 2.25 m, with mineralisation open along strike and at depth.
  • Strong metallurgy — spodumene is the primary lithium mineral, hosting 94%, 95%, 91% and 79% of the lithium in pegmatites B, C, D and E respectively.
  • Swedish national-interest designation — planning priority so future lithium mining is not hindered by competing land use.
Bergby — The drill defined D pegmatite (NordX; base data SGU).

Axmarby — Room to Grow

  • ≈14,015 ha directly north of Bergby — nearly double the flagship’s footprint.
  • Early-stage — surface observations only; Axmarby has not been drilled for lithium and has no mineral resource.

Basis note: Bergby’s drill highlights are individual intervals and do not constitute a mineral resource; no compliant (NI 43-101 / JORC / PERC) resource has been declared. Axmarby is early-stage — surface pegmatite observations only, with no resource, and is not indicative of the Bergby drill results. Figures are as disclosed by the Company or a prior operator and are not independently verified.
